OPERATIONS MANAGERMILITARY FRIENDLY & PREFERRED - HOH SPONSORZermount Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager who will provide support to the corporate office and operations. The Operations Manager will oversee the following departments: Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Information Technology, Business Development (BD), Contracts, Corporate Interns and will assist Executive Management to formulate strategies and improve the performance of the corporate staff and departments. The Operations Manager will ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, and will mentor all corporate team members. They must be a skilled communicator and possess excellent organizational skills. Duties & ResponsibilitiesImprove operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee efficiency. Collaborate with Executives to determine values and mission, and plan for short- and long-term goals. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization. Build and foster relationships with employees, clients, and teams. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Promote a company culture that encourages high performance and morale. Assis with recruiting and other administrative needs when necessary. Develop, implement, and review operational polices and procedures. Aid Executives as needed to ensure important policy, planning, and strategy decisions are made. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications5-7 years of related experience in management, operations, and leadershipAbility to build consensus and relations among managers, clients, and employees. Solid understanding of financial management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time-management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and credibility. Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents. Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. EducationBachelor preferable but professional experience is Permitted.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field OR7-10 years of experience as an operations manager or management, operations, and leadership experience including direct support of a Cybersecurity or Information Technology company for at least 3-5 years Certifications and Training (Preferred)A minimum of at least one of the following security certifications:Certified Association Executive (CAE)Certified Operations Manager (COM)Certified Facility Manager (CFM)Project Management Professional (PMP)Similar certificationWork LocationOnsite at Zermount Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.Hours of OperationBusiness Hours: 8:00 am EST - 4:30 pm EST.BenefitsZermount offers a generous benefit package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision plans with significant employer contributionsEmployer paid basic group life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans11 paid holidays15+ days of PTO and more!
