Description

As the Account Executive, Multicultural Fundraising, you will coordinate and execute multichannel Hispanic fundraising strategies. This includes flawless execution, cultural alignment, and cross-channel integration. The AE develops strong working relationships across channel departments to facilitate effective strategies and supports integrated planning, meetings, and reporting.

This role can be remote if not within commutable distance to our Lanham, MD. office. Otherwise it would be hybrid (1 day per week in the office).

Please note this is a six-month, time-certain position, and requires fluency in Spanish (write, speak, read, and translate in English and Spanish).

Your Impact:
  • Provide strong support for the success of Hispanic direct-response programs for our clients through excellent communication.
  • Work closely with the Account Director of Multicultural Fundraising to coordinate and track multicultural fundraising strategies.
  • Attend all individual channel team meetings and participate, focusing on knowledge sharing, opportunity identification, and channel integration.
  • Oversee, in coordination with supervisor, the timely and accurate management of all multicultural program initiatives in direct response programs to ensure flawless execution.
  • Meet on a regular basis with the channel account teams to ensure a coordinated understanding of the account status.
  • Understand client-specific and general fundraising results and trends.
Your Profile:
  • 2+ years of client services and direct response.
  • Full fluency to speak, read, write, and translate in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of and experience with marketing for nonprofits, including direct mail, telemarketing, email, social or mobile marketing, and face-to-face.
  • Nonprofit fundraising knowledge.
  • Works efficiently and effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple account leaders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
