- Demonstrated experience working with customers, understanding their needs and designing creating solutions.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting problem solving skills to include debugging and testing web applications.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with SQL databases, including installation.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience incorporating usability best practices.
- Demonstrated experience identifying possible technical and security abnormalities and provide documented responses.
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical requirements management.
- Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple OS's, including Windows, Linux, and OSX.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple Hypervisors including HyperV, ESX, and VirtualBox.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Management including Active Directory, SCOM, and VMM.

- Demonstrated experience evaluating hardware and software products against customer requirements for technical evaluation and potential procurement.
- Demonstrated experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining COTS and GOTS applications.
- Demonstrated experience with Network Monitoring Appliances.
- Demonstrated experience assisting with automation of administrative tasks through scripting.
- Demonstrated experience using network accreditation tools and resolving the action from tools results.
- Demonstrated experience going through the network accreditation process.
Desired Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience migrating between SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016.
- Demonstrated experience with writing PowerShell scripts.
- Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the Sponsors infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience with IT system security.
- Demonstrated experience with Shell scripting
- Demonstrated experience with SQL Server experience and familiarity with MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training.
- Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's enterprise and operational activities, capabilities, technical development programs.
- Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's information cyber security policies and regulations.
