Job description

The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced HR professional to fill an open-ended temporary Benefits Coordinator role. This position will provide day-to-day benefits administration and support as well as help with various wellness events and initiatives while working alongside a great HR team.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist staff with daily inquiries and requests related to employee benefits
  • Administer employee wellness benefits
  • Oversee benefits enrollment and management
  • Manage monthly and quarterly benefits reporting
  • Assist with onboarding processes, payroll administration, and compensation and benefits surveys and trainings


Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of HR Benefits experience
  • Proficiency in MSOffice
  • HRIS system experience
  • Strong attention to detail
