• Collaborate efforts with users, ION, and IT departments to validate and implement database scripts.
• Facilitate process enhancement and configuration adjustments for evolving business workflows.
• Address Crystal report issues and execute related projects.
• Adhere to existing support protocols while actively enhancing them to align with future support framework.

• Approachable and sociable, fostering positive interactions with users to steer them away from previous support channels.
• Proficient in Agtech expertise, with CTRM knowledge considered as a viable alternative.
