Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying plumbing and hardware parts that are brought into the counter by customers as well as pictures sent in from customers.
• Identify, pull and sell products over the counter.
• Assist and advise the sales team on product research and identification.
• Updating pricing information
• Utilize computers through our internal computer program as well as the internet and vendor websites to identify parts.
• Contact and coordinate with vendors
• Answer incoming calls
• Provide quality customer service
• Assist with administrative work
