The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is our front & back of house leader! They ensure the team has what it needs to run smoothly and jump in to help as needed. The goal? To deliver the best dispensary experience to all customers and patients.
The daily grind
- Act as a positive example of the store and role model to our incredible Dispensary Agents.
- Hire, Coach and develop DAs and provide constructive feedback.
- Partner with our vendors, run sales reports, and set team goals.
- Support inventory management and partner with the General Manager.
- You're at least 21 years of age or older.
- Have successfully led a team of associates as a manager or assistant manager in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
- Held an Assistant Manager or Manager position for at least 1 year.
- You are an excellent communicator and and even better listener.
- Working outside the normal schedule is not unusual. Sometimes we need to be flexible and come in on weekends and holidays.
