Rapid Cycle Solutions is seeking to fill a Financial Analyst(Cloud) for our customer in Chantilly, VA. Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is an innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients. We have unique strengths in complex, cross-organizational solution analysis, design, development, implementation, and change management supporting enterprise requirements.We need a Financial Analyst(Cloud) for a Full-time position.Position: Financial AnalystLocation: Chantilly, VAPosition Type: Full-time positionClearance: TS/SCI w CI PolyDescriptionMaintain up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud)Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine approach and feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.Leverage management tools to identify and act upon optimization opportunitiesWork closely with engineering and operations teams to recommend cost-optimization practicesConduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting for cloud spending across multiple platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)Work with internal stakeholders, providing visibility into cloud spend and cost avoidance.Engage with cloud service providers to ensure cost-efficient optimization.Stay abreast of the latest cloud FinOps tools, technologies, and best practicesRequired Qualifications:Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraphBachelor s degree with 5 years experience and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a cloud financial management or cloud cost optimization role.Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Data Analyst, Requirements Analysts, or similar.Expert experience with MS Excel, with demonstrated use of these tools to model business practices, financial constructs, and pricing models.Experience advising technical and development teams on financial benefits and risks of varying cloud models.Benefit/cost analysis, data analytics, PERT techniques, Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI), and Certification and/or demonstrated technical knowledge in multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud).Desired Certification:Certification in Cloud FinOps (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner)If you are interested in this position, please send me a copy of your latest resume at ...@iquasar.com with the information requested below: Also, please let me know what time/number is best to call to discuss this great opportunity.
