**Responsibilities**

This senior Defense Industrial Base ( DIB ) Customer Service Representative supports the DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) within the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The DIB Customer Service Rep answers customers requests for information and p rovides technical assistance to DIBNet portal and related services. Responsible for processing DIB company applications, and updating company information within Salesforce and DIBNet . Ensures issue s are resol ved in time to meet Service Level Agreements. Establishes objectives and directs staff activities to improve technical support practices in the areas of quality, knowledge centered support and resolution timeframes. Drives product supportability. Coordinates customer service activities with other internal functions. Provides customer training related to DIBNet . Designs and maintains customer databases using Salesforce. Assists users with computer hardware and/or software applications ( e.g. website access, email setup, troubleshooting, etc.) for the purpose of providing immediate problem resolution. May assist in preparing outreach materials and participate in customer outreach events ( e.g. conferences)

**Qualifications**

* Requires BA/BS with 10 years of relevant experience

* 4 + years of management level responsibility

* Ability to clearly communicate with customers and development team , both verbally and in writing

* Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams skills

* Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a technical environment

* **Secret security clearance requ ired**

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in SalesForce

* Experience working in a CMMI environment

Colorado Salary Minimum: $71,260.80

Colorado Salary Maximum:$152,360.00 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peratons total compensation package for employees.
