100% remote

Position Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 9am to 6pm US EST, Monday to Friday (non-negotiable)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our call center's Salesforce CRM and CTI dialer systems. This position demands expertise in both Salesforce administration and development, along with a strong understanding of call center operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce and operations, providing insights on both high-level business matters and technical aspects.
  • Optimize call center performance by analyzing KPIs, uncovering analytics insights, and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Develop business applications for our sales systems, ensuring on-time, high-quality project deliveries.
  • Administer call center sales systems (Salesforce and Five9 dialer), ensuring data management, integrity, routine maintenance, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Train stakeholders in system usage and develop comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the systems.
  • Log developments and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with and troubleshooting Salesforce.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with predictive dialer software, Five9 experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming languages and concepts.
  • Experience in call center, lead management, or sales operations.
  • Experience optimizing operations performance, with call center operations being advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: Salesforce Admin Certification or one or more Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Community).
