Our customer, the Package Sorting Technology organization wtihin the Engineering department of the US Postal Service, requires a Data Engineer to develop reports, dashboards, and tools in support of package sorting deployments. Duties include aggregating and analyzing various data sets to provide actionable insight. Must understand data needs and advise teams on technological solutions. Will develop technical solutions to improve access to data and data usage. Will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or a related field.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.

Preferred Skills
SQL or other structured query languages
Experienced with querying and exploring databases
Postal or mailing industry experience
