Prominent firm with a national practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney for California. Ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of Toxic Tort experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Pre-trial and/or trial experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• 2-10 years of Toxic Tort experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in CA

Base Compensation Range 135k-175k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits + Fully remote or Hybrid
