Job description

Overview :

Our client specializes in custom software development and UX research for mid-market companies. They are growing and are looking for a PART TIME Business Development Resource to work REMOTE. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a robust background in technology services, skilled in cultivating strong client connections and expanding their market footprint.

This is a REMOTE role, but candidates must be able to work EST business hours. Per our Client Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.



Responsibilities :
  • Craft and execute strategic business development plans and personalized account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales journey from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Represent the company at industry gatherings to spot potential opportunities and elevate our presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with referral sources to foster business expansion.
  • Leverage HubSpot for CRM tasks and uphold documentation and project management via Confluence.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends in custom software development, data analytics, and system integrations to effectively showcase our services.


Qualifications :
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in the technology sector, particularly in custom software development, data analytics, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Confluence.
  • Deep understanding of the technology services landscape, focusing on mid-market clientele.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of UX research is advantageous.
  • Per our Client Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
