Computer User Support SpecialistMechanicsburg, PA, Kittery, ME, or Remote, Full TimeDescriptionThe Computer User Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support in support of a portfolio of systems supporting the logistics domain. The User Support Specialist will respond to trouble tickets, provide recommendations, troubleshooting issues and provide support as needed to resolve user issues or to escalate the trouble ticket for resolution by a technical subject matter expert.RequirementsCandidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a related information technology environment providing support to users. Ideally the candidate will have experience supporting the Department of Navy logistics and supply chain business systems or similar custom legacy portfolios.
