Credence Management Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager for our corporate headquarters office to support all facility operations. The successful candidate for this opening will have experience with the essentials for managing and running an office/facility. Must have functional day-to-day operations experience in handling all seen and unseen office operations to ensure that the offices needs are fully supported by a solid leader with the ability to manage, direct and collaborate within our diverse community of individuals across the Credence community.
Must have previous exposure to duties and responsibilities essential for Office Operations and Functions. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure quality and standards are met for key leadership and department heads as well as all onsite team members. This individual should seamlessly drive and promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments (including management, human resources, IT Support, and Building Maintenance). Ensuring that all Credence employees and guests receive a superb experience while on the premises.
A successful Facilities Operations Manager will perform and provide oversight on various internal and external needs and actions such as:
Minimum Education: Bachelors or equivalent, with 5-10 years of experience. Bachelors substitution is 4 additional years of experience
