Our client in Chantilly VA is immediately hiring for a Proposal Graphic Artist to join their team. This is a Direct Placement career opportunity and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Requirements

+ 8+ years of experience required

+ Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

+ Extensive knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative products, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office).

+ Ability to multi-task/manage multiple bids

+ Communicate effectively and efficiently

Job Description

+ Develop proposal graphics, as well as oral presentations

+ Work with capture team personnel, proposal teams, and other internal clients to conceptualize what they are trying to convey and the best way to visually communicate that information

+ Participate in design meetings to identify new product ideas and optimize existing products

+ Formally and informally communicate project status

+ Share ideas with internal team on best practices around visual designs, usability, and supporting technologies

+ Ensure adherence to version control, file naming, and file maintenance procedures

+ Create products and services that adhere to design and brand guidelines

+ Assist Proposal Coordinators with preparations and materials for proposal review meetings

+ Demonstrate an understanding and execution of typography and design principles

+ Demonstrate visual expertise including gathering raw data from various sources and developing comprehensive and visually engaging designs

+ Ensure all deadlines are met
