This role: A Day and week in the life

+ Meet with customers for requirements and translate to technical specifications

+ Develop low code / no code / workflow solutions to automate processes

+ Work with our Clients to import data their successfully

+ Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or API issues.

+ Work with partner systems to assist them in building integrations between our software suites and theirs

This role: You will be successful in this role if you have

+ Earned a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience

+ Worked for 3 or more years in a technical support role

+ Have an understanding of technology including SQL. APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript/JQuery

+ Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams as well as own individual projects

+ Understand relational databases and data integration tools
