Job Details for Paralegal:
  • Schedule: M-F 9:00AM-6:00PM Every other Saturday 9:00AM-2:00PM
  • Pay Rate: up to $23 per hour

Job Responsibilities for Paralegal:
  • Maintains case organization by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, and documenting actions and client communication.
  • Assists assigned attorneys in trial preparation and acts as a liaison to court personnel, preparing motions and routine correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents to support case preparation and strategy.
Job Requirements for Paralegal:
  • Legal Degree or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and evolving legal environment.
