Humanim is Seeking experienced professionals to work one-on-one with children and adults with intellectual disabilities /autism. Staff will work in family homes, provider residential units, and in provider day programs specifically implementing ABA programs and completing daily data collection.
If you have experience working in a day program or working in a residential group home with behaviorally complex individuals, then this job is made for you.

Hours Needed: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30 pm
Pay rate: $18
All selected candidates must be willing to obtain a Registered Behavior Tech certification. Humanim covers the cost of the certification and training time.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
Valid Maryland driver's license required.
Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lb.
Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
