The dental assistant will confirm the schedule, verify dental insurance coverage, keep up with
the communication between specialist office and patients,answer phones, check in patients, assist hygienist when needed with perio charting and x-rays. Help with sterilizing instruments and stocking rooms and will assist chairside as needed and skills are learned.
