About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the development and administration of a comprehensive human resources management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR activities, including recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, classification, labor relations, and EEO/AA programs. This role involves continuous evaluation and improvement of HR programs in alignment with the company's strategic plan. The role requires the ability to advise on HR matters, participate in budget reviews, and supervise a team of HR professionals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and capable of fostering strong relationships with the company's workforce and labor unions.
