Our client, a consulting firm, is searching for numerous temporary Event Assistant support for their CFO conference (5/19-5/21)! Depending on your experience, tasks include monitoring room operations, assisting with registration, answering questions, and overseeing support staff. Applicants who are engaging, positive, and professional with great communication skills are encouraged to apply now!

About the Job:

• Support the registration desk during events, providing information and answering questions.
• Efficiently check-in attendees and ensure a seamless process.
• Guide attendees to the appropriate meeting rooms or event locations, providing clear directions.
• Oversee support staff, handle breaks, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Troubleshoot any issues and provide additional support as needed.

About You:

• Experience with events or meetings are a plus.
• Reliable and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Able to comply with a professional dress code and stand for long periods of time.

About the Position:

• Pays $20/hr
• Temporary position
• Dates: 5/19-5/21
• Shifts vary from 7:00am-8:00pm.
• Event located in National Harbor, MD.
• Parking is covered.
