Job Summary
Position requires good leadership and communication skills. Duties include supervising rental shop operations and staff, assisting with staff hiring/training, upholding safety and customer service standards, assisting in ordering and inventorying equipment, and other duties as assigned by management. Must be at least 18 and previous supervisory experience is required. A valid driver's license with an approved driving record (provide upon applying) is preferred.

Core Responsibilities
- Work with Rental Shop Manager to train new hires, schedule, and maintain daily activities and monitor progress
- Assist Rental Shop Manager with inventorying and ordering rental equipment
- Monitor all rental/repair shop activities in the absence of manager
- Document guest and employee incidents
- Reconcile cash drawer at beginning and/or end of shift
- Other duties as assigned by management
