Overview

LMI seeks a skilled Program Support Management Lead to support a CBP PMO in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities

* Serve as the team lead in support of coordinating actions and efforts.

* Provide strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing and managing staff

* Assist the program manager in providing required team leadership, guidance, and program management vision

* Assist in providing overall supervision of personnel in various task areas;

* Administrative Support

* Communication Support

* Data Analysis Support

* Executive Assistance Support

* General Office Support

* Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders across multiple agencies

* Consult with senior leadership as needed in support of the MSD day to day operations.

Qualifications

* Ten (10) years of progressive, relevant experience, in Business Administration or government settings

* Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet, database, and project management software.

* Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training and professional development training.

* Superior communication skills, both oral and written.

* Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams.

* An active CBP Background Investigation is required.
