Enterprise Sales Recruiting Manager

Global media conglomerate is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Recruiting Manager to lead a team in Arlington, VA.

Features on-site cafeteria and gym with parking available directly under the building.

Must Have: Must be fully vaccinated.

In-Office Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis:

You will work on hiring and managing an enterprise sales team of 2 experienced sales recruiters

Build relationships with the business and business leaders in a team-oriented and highly communicative culture.

You'll need to have:

Experience as a team-lead, corporate experience preferred

Strong ability to communicate with all levels in organization

A history of being a data driven/data responsible person experienced with understanding and articulating reporting

Workday experience preferred but other ATS acceptable
