Marketing Director, Schneider Electric Federal

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust Go-To-Market US Federal segment strategy, This pivotal role involves creating and aligning marketing segment strategies with the business and commercial organization to drive unparalleled awareness and preference for Schneider Electric within the federal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a customer-first digital and marketing segment strategy that supports the annual customer strategic plan, with quarterly updates to adapt to evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

* Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to devise product launch strategies and plans.

* Monitor competitive landscape and trends impacting segment market share, and take corrective actions using market intelligence and analysis data.

* Communicate segment strategy to commercial leadership and Marketing Program Manager to ensure aligned marketing investment.

* Own and manage the total marketing promotional budget for the assigned segment and approve marketing communication plans.

* Oversee a team of communications and events specialists.

* Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

* Develop and execute lead generation initiatives, including content marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships.

* Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.

* Collaborate with product management teams to create effective marketing plans for industrial products, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

* Develop and provide sales teams with necessary tools, materials, and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of Schneider Electric products & services to Federal clients.

* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, marketing, or management; MBA preferred.

* Minimum 8-10 years of B2B product vertical marketing, sales, and/or strategy experience in the Federal market.

* Strong knowledge of current market trends in industrial and process automation, electrical products, software, and services.

* Proven track record of developing innovative and disruptive programs.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
