We are hiring a Program Manager, Sustainability to drive our environmental efforts forward, leveraging subject matter expertise in corporate sustainability paired with a strong skillset in project management. This role will report to our AVP, ESG Strategy, leading environmental sustainability efforts as well as supporting broader ESG efforts.

Your Impact

* Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of sustainability projects across departments, including climate, packaging, nature, water, and waste, ensuring timely and successful delivery of program objectives

* Develop business cases for identified projects, including strategic rationale, scope definition, impact assessment, cost-benefit analysis, risk management, and a roadmap to execution to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure alignment with VS&Co's overall objectives

* Identify key subject matter experts in the organization for given ESG projects, and coordinate completion of tasks with experts

* Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives and KPIs

* Manage ESG data intake, tracking, and software solution for ESG Report (GRI, IFRS S2, SASB) and industry assessments

* Develop and manage sustainability engagement opportunities and trainings for associates

* Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to keep sustainability practices forward-thinking and effective, and provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional leaders and teams

Minimum Salary: $107,000.00

Maximum Salary: $145,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

* Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred

* 5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate retail, consulting, or related industry

* PMP certification preferred

* Knowledge of ESG ratings and disclosure platforms

* Understanding of apparel product development process, production, and sourcing preferred

* Ability to collaborate with individuals across various levels and functions

* Strong strategic and critical thinking skills

* Exceptional project management skills

* Ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments

* Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication (written and verbal) skills

* Proficient in MS Office Professional applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
