Position Summary: CCI Health Services (CCI) works with the Maryland Department of Health to provide comprehensive health assessments, appropriate follow-up care and referrals to newly arrived refugees, asylees, those with special immigrant visas (SIVs), victims of trafficking, and humanitarian parolees resettling in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. The RHA Registered Nurse (RN), under the direction of the Director of Nursing, is a member of the CCI nursing team, and is responsible for assisting and supporting the RHA program and the CCI clinical team in providing high quality, direct patient care assessments, coordination, and education. The RN assists with planning and implementing work processes and ensures all core activities delineated in the agreement with MDH are performed and follow relevant (MDH, CDC) guidelines. |
