POSITION SUMMARY

Clinic Director is a highly skilled outpatient physical therapist demonstrating superior leadership qualities, who is knowledgeable in physical therapy management and clinical operations and will be open to training, input, and daily mentorship from PRS management leadership team and RVP. Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and communicate with all members of a physician practice and Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS) leadership team. Must be committed to evidence based clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction, efficient management operations, and regulatory compliance.

This position will comprehensively oversee clinic(s) both clinically and financially, mentor and oversee Clinical Staff with training/development and compliance with operating procedures. Collaborate with PRS Regional Vice President to cultivate relationship with clinic administrator/physician, in a systematic, consistent approach involving, financial review, clinical key indicators, growth opportunities, community presence, outreach development, patient satisfaction, and superior clinical outcomes.

This position will require daily, weekly, monthly dialogue and analytical discussions pertaining to clinic metrics, staffing, physician relationships, employee relations, and strategic planning with the leadership team. Must be receptive to new processes, procedures, protocols, feedback, and modifications given by PRS management leadership team and RVP's.

This individual will be a decisive, self-driven, dynamic therapist and leader who is willing to be mentored, trained, and developed to build and develop effective teams, hold people accountable for results and positively affect behavior in others to achieve high performance and personal satisfaction.

This position will report directly to the designated PRS Regional Vice President and/or clinic administrator. Additionally, this position will work closely with Physical and Occupational staff on pursuing optimal clinical programming and outcomes.

POSITION SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of assigned/designated clinics and staff with the assistance of PRS leadership and RVP. Positions include, but not limited to; Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Certified Hand Therapist, Front Desk (Clinical Guest Coordinators) and/or Physical Therapy Coordinator.

Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by college diploma.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state practicing.
  • Minimum 1-3-year(s) experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • Knowledge and understanding of all clinic policies/procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
  • Ability to lead and demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction and efficient

management operations.
  • Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to management training processes.
  • Create and maintain an environment that is consistent with the company's values and objectives.
  • Conveys a professional image and attitude.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
  • Identify and implement learning needs of clinical staff.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.
  • Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Ability to pass background check and potential drug screen.
  • Other duties as assigned.
