Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all job functions with Company Core Values and Core Focus in mind.
  • Manage and respond to insurance audits to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee new facility onboarding processes, including data entry verification.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to refine and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with the pharmacy manager and sales director to initiate and execute new projects according to proposed timelines.
  • Coordinate training sessions for technicians, ensuring all team members are proficient in their responsibilities.
  • Conduct audits of completed tasks to identify training opportunities and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and commercial insurance regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, managers, and departments.
  • Provide support to teams as needed, with approval from the pharmacy manager.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time position, with 40 hours per week and no set schedule.

Required Education and Experience

1-year Experience in LTC

1-year experience in QS1 and Docutrack

Excellent communication skills

Travel

This position may require up to 10% travel.
