Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform all job functions with Company Core Values and Core Focus in mind.
- Manage and respond to insurance audits to ensure compliance.
- Oversee new facility onboarding processes, including data entry verification.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to refine and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work with the pharmacy manager and sales director to initiate and execute new projects according to proposed timelines.
- Coordinate training sessions for technicians, ensuring all team members are proficient in their responsibilities.
- Conduct audits of completed tasks to identify training opportunities and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and commercial insurance regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, managers, and departments.
- Provide support to teams as needed, with approval from the pharmacy manager.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
