The ideal candidate will independently apply, plan, direct, manage, organize, execute, and recommend related activities of projects. They will be specifically responsible for the overall management of projects including the direction of multi-discipline project teams, client relationship management, and project pursuits.

Requirements for Position ***Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:***

* Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for projects.

* Conceives plans and conducts research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity.

* Calculates cost and determines the feasibility of the project based on analysis of collected data.

* Serve as the project manager, engineer of record, or design lead on multi-disciplined transportation projects.

* Coordinate with internal team as well as subconsultants and clients for the execution of work, quality control, and project deliverables.

***Requirements for position:***

* Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and/or Professional Registration required. 10+ years of relevant progressive transportation engineering design & management experience and/or certification in related fields acceptable.

* Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills

* Management duties include budgeting, scheduling, job tracking, client interaction, and staff management.

* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, professionals, and your team members.

* A collaborative spirit and team player

* Valid drivers license with approved/acceptable driving history required.

* Experience with Locally Administered Projects (LAP) and/or design-build projects preferred.
