Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment and development of personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer advanced manual therapy techniques to optimize patient rehabilitation.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and nurture positive patient relationships.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Champion a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and physical fitness.
- Provide leadership and direction to the physical therapy team, including training, supervision, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to meet clinic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with extensive clinical experience.
- Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Maryland or ability to obtain licensure.
- Exceptional expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and positive approach to team management and patient care.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a healthcare setting.
