We are looking for individuals with high energy and a growth mindset to coach our developmental and age group program. Candidates must have a competitive swim background.
We provide PAID TRAINING for all necessary certifications and will teach you everything you need to know in order to thrive and be a successful member of our SwimKids Swim School team! Swim Team Coach Pay and Benefits:

A Swim Team Coach's Workday and Qualifications:
- Coach the same students weekly, celebrating their progress in the pool.
- Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Become proficient in your swim team coach role through thoughtful hands-on training.
- Work alongside experts to follow all safety standards keeping children, families and staff wellbeing top of mind.
- Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment are all expected parts of the job.
- Must have a competitive swim background with a year-round or seasonal swim program, year-round experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
