Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Collection Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients. This position includes commission.
Responsibilities:
$17 - $20 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection goals
- Follow all legal requirements and ethical standards in debt collection practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
