• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Payments for medium to large clients
• Ideally will have previous experience within Payments Compliance and upcoming regulations.
• Core Payments and/ or Cards Payments (issuing, acquiring)
• Alternative Payment Methods and Payments Innovation (e.g., Digital Wallets)
• Payments Regulation
• Fraud detection and prevention in Payments
• Delivery experience in Payment systems implementation and related organizational impacts (functional, business requirements, processes, roles,) will be an asset
• Good mix and exposure to Business and Technology (operations, technology, front office, contact center, & Back-office operations)
• Monitor new developments in payments specifications and standardization organizations
• Experience with Payment Terminals
• Digital and Omnichannel Banking- Mobile/ Online/ New Channels experience
• Agile (Must Have)
• Scrum Master (Very Nice to Have)
• SAFe (Very Nice to Have)
