Subject Matter Experttriage and route information flow in and out of the executive team for efficient communication with the broader organization.assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.assist executive team members in prioritizing business strategies and decisions based on their schedules.manage the logistics of the executive team's daily work, including scheduling presentations, interactions with colleagues, and scheduling or coordinating meetings.assist and communicate with the executive team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.oversee all aspects of the planning process, including scheduling pertinent discussions, working with subject-matter-experts to compile the necessary data ahead of time, and document all key output.improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.serve as liaison between the executive team, the workforce and other leaders regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.assist organizing the workforce and assist with managerial and administrative responsibilities.oversee daily operations through collaboration with the executive team and other senior leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks, from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining files, to planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency or responsiveness to existing operations.help define new operational strategies and work with executive team on special projects.
