Recharge Recruitment are supporting a growing developer in Maryland to recruit a Project Manager to manage, plan and execute engineering support on solar energy installations. The organization has a national presence and looking for individuals who are looking for a stable work environment, great progression opportunities and a supportive leadership team.

Project Manager responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development Department by conducting site visits and assisting in project budgeting, while also contributing to proposal development and preparing presentations.
• Manage the pre construction phase by reviewing plans for cost-effectiveness, coordinating project sequencing, obtaining necessary permits, and organizing pre-construction meetings.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion by planning material deliveries and mitigating project risks.
• Handle project financials by maximizing profit, managing billing cycles, negotiating subcontract changes, and approving expenditures.
• Ensure project completion and customer satisfaction through maintaining project documentation, overseeing post-construction requirements, effectively communicating with customers, and meeting performance objectives.

The right person for the role will have a wealth of experience within a project manager role focused on C&I, DG or utility scale solar. The company offer a hybrid work pattern and are looking for individuals who enjoy being in the office 2/3 days a week.
