The Role

Our client are looking for a R&D Manager to engage in strategic planning for international operations. You will be overseeing all Research & Development activities, including new and existing products. Leading teams to drive innovation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Duties

• Lead R&D department with direction and expertise.
• Ensure timely, budget-conscious project completion.
• Contribute strategic insights to product line management.
• Plan and budget for future product development needs.
• Manage departmental budget and oversee Design Control process.
• Facilitate training and provide necessary resources for project execution.
• Manage Intellectual Property in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor s degree in a technical field; Master s or PhD preferred.
• Possess 8-10 years of R&D experience, including 3-5 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead R&D teams effectively.
• Experience in end-to-end product development.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with design and development processes, including regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
