Masters Degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience.

Certified Change Management Profesional (CCMP)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, to interact effectively with others in a broad
range of functional and technical backgrounds, and to handle pressures in a deadlinedriven environment.
(2) Demonstrated ability to use a high degree of professional judgment and ingenuity in
interpreting guidelines for application in day-to-day issues and analyses. Ability to
perform problem solving of a precedent-setting nature.
(3) Proficiency in using financial systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for presentation of analysis and preparation of
supporting documentation.
(4) Contractor personnel must have the appropriate security clearance/background check at
the time of contract start date
