Catering Sales Manager

Job description

Michelin restaurant group is looking to add to our team of Private Dining Manager's to sell and manage all private and catered events.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Receiving and responding to guest inquiries for information regarding catering and events in a timely, hospitable manner
  • Outreach to clients, offices, event facilities, etc to drive new revenue
  • Grow catering sales arm of the company
  • Showcase private event spaces and facilate tours for prospective hosts
  • Create and distribute BEO's to FOH and BOH management team in a timely manner
  • Liase with the FOH and BOH management teams to ensure proper execution of events
Fine Dining restaurant expierence and catering sales expierence is preferred but not required.

The right candidate must have:
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A good knowledge base of event operations including planning, detailing and food and beverage.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Catering, Hospitalty and/or Private Event Sales. Preferably in a management role.
The Catering Sales Manager is also expected to assist at times in the restaurants during busy peroids and Holidays.
