Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Web/Mobile Tester to join our Testing Center of Excellence, providing support to the Pricing and Promotions Coupon Hub project
The primary goal of this project is to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience for promotion and coupon setup
The Web/Mobile Tester will collaborate with application/product owners, functional owners, and tech leads to identify scenarios and execute tests to verify data flow and system conformance
This role demands attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work across multiple teams and integrated systems.

Responsibilities:
- Test Execution: Create orders on Web and Mobile applications and validate that pricing, promotion, and coupon data flow to applications and other integrated systems as expected.
- Standard Testing Methodology: Perform project tasks using standard software testing methodologies, including test planning, test scope identification, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
- Accountability: Demonstrate accountability for assigned testing tasks, provide daily updates, and escalate issues as required.
- Communication: Exhibit confident, tactful oral communication with peers and IT leaders; develop and deliver formal written communication to the project team and leaders as needed.
- Quality and Detail: Deliver day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail; independently drive issues to closure, escalating to leadership as needed.
- Data Analysis: Apply a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions supported by facts.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in the testing domain with demonstrated test experience.
- Retail experience is required.
- Omni Channel testing experience is preferred, including creating orders on Web and Mobile applications and validating data flow.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with multiple teams and integration across multiple applications.
- Testing Services: Experience delivering testing services in an onshore/offshore model.
- Tools: Experience with HP ALM for test and defect management.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive participation in team environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Takes pride in delivering quality work to meet the needs of clients and customers.
