We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the PMS 425 for the US Navy, in Washington, DC. This position is hybrid, 2-3 days/week on-site at the Washington Navy Yard.

What you'll do:

Provide Experience, Passion, and Purpose to provide technical program management support to PMS 425 Submarine Combat and Weapons Systems Program Office (PMS425) under the Program Executive Office Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS).

* Supervision and technical management support to the Submarine Combat and Weapon Control System Program Office

* Provide direct support to the PMS425 Chief Engineer, serve as the PMS425 Risk Manager and BYG-1 Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Manager

Qualifications:

* An active Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level. Final clearance is required.

* Bachelor's Degree in technical, engineering, or cybersecurity field or equivalent experience

* 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field

* 8 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or Navy In-Service Programs

Preferred Qualifications:

* 15 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field

* 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or Navy In-Service Programs

* 5 or more years' experience with US Navy Submarines or Navy combat systems

* Master's Degree in technical, engineering, or cybersecurity field.

* Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer

* 5 or more years' experience working with Navy Finance and Contracting and the Navy Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process

* Experience with Navy, or DOD, Acquisition programs

* Knowledge of Agile software development

* Good organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills

* Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
