Torch Technologies is hiring a Collateral Security/SCIF Manager to support key leadership within the Joint Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). This role is crucial for coordinating Department of Defense efforts to integrate and synchronize Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) across various stakeholders, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency. The successful candidate will oversee a range of security operations to maintain the JCO's security stance, manage secure facilities, and handle personnel security.

What You Will Do -

* Security Policy Implementation: Enforce DoD security policies and procedures to maintain an effective security posture.

* Visitor Control: Manage incoming and outgoing government civilian, military, and contractor visitor control using DISS and the VAR process.

* Security Programs Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC, and COMSEC programs.

* Classified Information Management: Handle the receipt, distribution, and storage of classified information.

* Secure Facility Operations: Coordinate the security requirements for the operation of secure facilities, ensuring compliance and safety for all personnel.

Job Requirements

* Who You Are -

You have a robust background in security management, ideally within a government or military context. 7-9 years experience.

You possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

You hold a Bachelor's Degree and ideally a Master's Degree in a related field.

You are a U.S. citizen, committed to national security.

Your Technical Proficiencies -

Security Clearance Management: Skilled in handling and maintaining high-level security clearances.

Security Systems and Protocols: Proficient in using security management systems such as DISS and experienced with various security protocols.

Program Management: Capable of overseeing comprehensive security measures across multiple domains.

Preferred Qualifications -

Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead security initiatives and teams in a defense or government environment.

Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders.

Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-security situations.

Technical Savvy: Familiarity with the latest security technologies and systems is a plus.
