Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to join our team and lead the integration efforts within and outside of Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and will demonstrate the ability to define effective solutions across various functional areas. Moreover, they should exhibit strong leadership and people management skills to oversee a small team of developers in delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, planning, and oversight of stabilizing ERP support teams, particularly focusing on Oracle and Salesforce platforms.
Establish and implement policies, processes, and tools for support services, covering work intake, delivery, communications, and quality controls.
Implement ITIL-based processes and governance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and related performance metrics.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of a Managed Services Provider, including the establishment of processes, governance, and performance measurements.
Collaborate closely with Delivery & Support managers to optimize the leverage of AMS capacity and capabilities.
Develop reporting metrics to track managed services deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the assessment of needs for a managed service partner, evaluate solution options, and oversee implementation.
Manage the transition of support work to a managed services partner (if selected), establishing governance, processes, and policies.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Proven experience in establishing and leading support teams with onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
Extensive experience in supporting ERP Cloud Applications (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) in complex multinational environments.
Hands-on experience in creating and governing models through tools, processes, policies, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.

Required Certifications:
ITIL or other equivalent methodology certifications and/or relevant experience highly desirable.
