The commercial division, RR.AI, works with trusted OEM partners to deliver these autonomous solutions across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Saudi Arabia. The defense division of Robotic Research designs and implements solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics, enhance situational awareness, and save lives by extending the warfighters reach through transformable robots, automated vehicles, and GPS-denied localization devices.

Position Responsibilities:

The Strategic Solutions Lead will be responsible for
  • Develop: Develop partnerships with our customers deployments of our autonomy solutions in support of their mission. As your portfolio grows so does the team supporting it to ensure mission success. Ultimately, you are responsible for the team working on mission execution for your clients
  • Build: Scope and implement pilots with our partners. You will help your vertical determine the scope of a pilot engagement and navigate the group's internal bureaucracy to implement the pilot. Work directly with RRAI engineers to build relevant products for your clients operational needs
  • Scale: Expand successful pilots into larger projects. You will convert the pilot's tangible outcomes generated by engineers in partnership with the operations and growth into a shared roadmap for expanding the pilot into a sustained capability
  • Embed: Get our platform into the hands customers who need it by identifying customers with a problem our technology can solve and enabling them understand the technology's value
  • Ownership: Work hands-on with our partners to help them navigate complex organizational, contracting and budget pathways to implement a pilot or project
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment
  • An enthusiasm for and broad knowledge of technology development
Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Can lead a team of peers and subordinates
  • Experience with complex hardware and software systems
  • Experience managing complex technical projects
  • A motivated problem solver who takes ownership, acts with urgency, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You like a challenge, and you dont quit.
  • A mission domain expert who understands how to break down complex problems. You understand our partners' organizational constructs and challenges because you can break down complex problems.

Travel Requirements:
  • Travel will be required (50%)
