- Provides guidance, support, and oversight for all service delivery
- Ensures services are delivered on time
- Responsible for maintaining a budget
- Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance required
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology
- Must have 5+ years' experience supervising large IT Service contracts
- Must have 9+ years' experience in an IT related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT)
- Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Possesses Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later certification
