This is an opportunity to play a vital role in the success of an organization which has been providing quality solutions and merchandise for businesses around the world for decades.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Achieve each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
  • Setting new, and attending existing, client meetings both virtual and in-person
  • Ensuring clients are kept up to date with monthly What s Trending brochures, along with our Product of the Week
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions
  • Manage revenue accountability for a portfolio of accounts by meeting targeted revenue growth and margin
  • Grow existing account revenue by sharing new product and capability ideas
  • Effectively manage portfolio project with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities
  • Utilize sales support team to design and produce creative and accurate quotes and presentations using innovative product ideas
  • Utilize vendor relationship and internal resources for resourceful sourcing and quoting
  • strategies, balancing the client s and company s business needs
  • Manage client expectations through effective communication of project changes, order
  • timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate Common SKU reports to track open orders and billing progress
  • Communicate widely and effectively with clients and manufacturers
  • Develop strong relationships with promotional product suppliers
  • Coordinate ordering and return of samples for client presentations
  • Contribute to developing new client relationships through the Sales System


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • True passion for problem-solving and helping customers
  • High comfort level with making judgment calls, and appropriately prioritizing workload
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated by working within a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team allowing autonomy with how you complete your work
  • Confidence and ability to produce within given deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Curious, flexible, and positive mindset with a can do attitude
  • Active participant in giving/receiving appreciative and honest, constructive feedback
  • Takes initiative with learning, taking advantage of the various learning resources
  • Responds quickly/timely to client requests
