Consilio is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a contract opportunity that is Full-Time and Onsite in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Job Details:

• Location: North Bethesda, Maryland
• Duration: No end date, potential to become permanent employee
• Full-time: 40 hours a week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $50-70/hr

Ideal Candidate

• Seeking DC, MD or NY barred mid-level litigator
• Prepare for & take depositions, write briefs, have deep involvement in cases, draft discovery responses, pleadings, legal research, write memos, prepare for trials/hearings, and work directly with clients
• 4-5 years litigation experience including skills noted above, former AmLaw100 or AmLaw50 associates preferred
• A highly motivated quick learner who can jump right in with very little training
• Must have excellent, proven legal research and writing experience
• Contract to Hire for the right candidate, the firm is very busy & needs to hire Associates
• Busiest matters right now are in: White Collar Crime, Bankruptcy, Employment, Forfeiture, etc.
• Needs to be commutable to North Bethesda, MD, and parking is reimbursed.

Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed to practice law in DC, MD or NY.
• Capability to work remotely with a larger team.

The hourly range for this position is approximately $50 to $70 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
