The Art Deco heritage is enhanced with contemporary style to create a beautiful fusion of old and new.Our funky bar is known for a selection of beers on tap, plus a wide variety of wine and spirits to choose from. Our menu features fresh ingredients from local suppliers, including succulent steaks, fresh seafood and all the pub classics taken to the next level.

Sound good? Read on.As a Venue Manager you will be responsible for a multifaceted, multimillion dollar business and will have the opportunity and support to develop the business to meet the changing market demands.

What you ll do:Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

What you ll need:Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation i.e. RSAAble to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirementsThe perks are good too!
