We are seeking a Scrum Master who can thrive in a fast paced environment and really bring a team together. If the day to day responsibilities below seem like something you could thrive doing, this could be the role for you!

* Manage, coach and develop team of Scrum Masters, both internal and consultants

* Hire, on-board and train new Scrum Masters in the role

* Hands-on Scrum Master for an agile team and/or cross-functional project team leadership for business-critical products and solutions

* Develop and maintain Agile best practices, dashboards and tools; ensure consistency where appropriate

* Develop and communicate Agile dashboards and metrics pertaining to sprint goals, capacity, velocity and throughput

* Partner with existing Agile teams on continuous process improvements

* On-board and coach new teams to Scrum processes

* Partner with IT leadership to develop and prioritize the Agile growth roadmap for the organization; Lead prioritized workstreams

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, tech leads, project managers, project teams and release manager on removing roadblocks and tracking to commitments

* Instill a sense of urgency reflecting the goals for the current sprint, upcoming release, and project vision, while passionately emphasizing the importance of meeting these goals and timelines

* Ensure sprint-based meetings are effectively facilitated, the outcomes are achieved, and their cadence is maintained

* Model servant leadership in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment

**The Ideal Candidate**

* 5+ years IT experience in a software development environment.

* 3+ years of Agile / Scrum Master experience.

* Experience overseeing Scrum teams and a proven track record with large cross-functional project team.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills.

* Self-motivated with a proven ability to identify priorities and mobilize initiatives to achieve desired results with minimal supervision.

* Effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.

* Possess excellent situational awareness and an ability to remain calm under pressure and lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change

* Leverage management by walking around to cut through lines of vertical communication, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal contact, building trust and relationships, open appreciation and recognition, making work less formal and increasing team motivation.

* Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback.

* Excellent team building, group facilitation and coaching skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills and an ability to work with diverse personality types

* Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines

* Uncompromising honesty and transparency

* Preferred to have experience in a retail environment
